Tonight’s Update: I’m alive. That’s about all of the update I’m up to posting right now. I’m going to sleep and then up early for a full day of work. This week will be packed with emotionally charged updates as I start IOP, attend more aftercare meetings, and return to normal life. Stay tuned.
