August 27, 2014 – Mark Driscoll

Tonight’s Update: Facebook lost my entire update instead of posting it. I know, sorry excuse for an IT guy. In short, today was decent for a lot of reasons, and I felt depressed about once an hour. Had suicidal thoughts twice. Yesterday was better, today is not. I’m in my hotel room overlooking Niagara Falls and I’m still feeling like crap. And the fact that the computer just lost everything i typed is now making me angry. Time to go to bed. Lesson: Therapy should be thought of as lessons on how to process life to the fullest instead of talking about emotions for the weak. Challenge: Reach out to someone you’ve lost contact with, but still means something to you. Let them know you still value them.
