August 29, 2014 – Mark Driscoll

Tonight’s Update: Woke up around 10:00 AM and took the subway in to Toronto. Walked around the city nonstop until I got back to the hotel room around 11:30. Once again, I’m too tired to formulate many thoughts. Yay for pictures with the Stanley Cup at the Hockey Hall of Fame. Yay for seeing two of the oldest fire departments in the city. Huzzah for seeing so much of a city in another county and keeping my mind distracted. There weren’t too many depression thoughts going on today, but that leaves me wondering what’s yet to come. I’m certain there is a bad day coming soon. It will likely be tomorrow when I’m in the car for eight hours again, but I’m hoping for the best. I’ll take as many good days as I can get right now, because therapy starts next week and I’m sure rock bottom is a phrase that I’ll use often to describe my mood. In the mean time, I saw the freakin’ Stanley Cup!
