November 1, 2014 – Mark Driscoll

If you don’t know that much about me, here’s the rundown of what to expect over the next few months. I love a wood fire burning in the fireplace. I enjoy cold weather. I LOVE SNOW! I enjoy seeing Chester look outside and question whether or not he really has to use the bathroom or not, because he’s a cold-natured dog. And while most people with depression fall into their rabbit hole when the nights are longer and days are shorter, I’m the exact opposite. I come alive at nighttime. I treat Halloween like it’s the season premiere of my favorite show. I enjoy being at home curled up on the couch with Beth and Chester, and there is no prettier time in the nation’s capital than when everyone wakes up in the afternoon after a fresh layer of snow has fallen in order to have snowball fights with people that probably don’t even know. They say this winter is meant to be frigidly cold with lots of white fluffy precipitation. I say, bring it!
