Tonight’s Update: Today kind of sucked. Nothing incredibly bad happened, but I didn’t take my sedative last night so that I could make sure to wake up this morning. Instead, I didn’t wake up until really late, skipped my IOP session, talked to my counselor and we agreed that this IOP program isn’t the right fit for me, and then spent all day feeling like I wasn’t at my best, so there was no point in doing anything. None of that was related to any of the other parts of that sentence. That’s just how off I feel right now. Just took my pill and am going to work on getting some quality sleep tonight.
